Land Development - What is involved?

Our services include initial site visit to carry out due diligence in to a potential land, its appraisal, no obligation land assessments and full detailed planning applications including all relevant documentation and planning drawings. All planning costs will be covered by us. We also cover all legal costs up to a certain value. Land opportunities we are looking for...

GeeSTAR is always looking for land opportunities and to work with people and build new relationships. We are interested in transforming land, with potential, into residential developments bespoke to the area.

GeeSTAR are specialist in land without planning permission but also are interested in exploring land that does have planning consent. Sites that are Subject to Planning or have an Option Agreement in place can also be considered. GeeSTAR's land team will assess and qualify each potential site and provide feedback on development potential on the land.

Complex planning scenarios can be looked at in detail with the client and see if a feasible route can be taken to gain positive planning permission.
